Mold or bacteria evaluations indicate potential moisture and growth sources as well as the type and extent of contamination allowing the trained Mold Inspector to develop a cost-effective remediation plan that will protect building occupants from exposure and building representatives from costly medical or legal issues.
MOLD INVESTIGATION/REMEDIAL SERVICES:

- Water Intrusion Evaluation and Source Identification with a combined utilization of Visual Assessment, Thermal Imaging, and Moisture Meter Readings
- Design, Implement, and Manage Project-Specific Remediation Plans to remove Microbial Contabination and inhibit future potential growth
