Casandra Williams, co-founded A-Tech Consulting, Inc. in 2002, as the Chief Financial Officer and business development administrator. Throughout her tenure at A-Tech Consulting, Inc. Mrs. Williams has continued her education and development in the environmental field and has obtained numerous certifications and accreditations in the industry. Mrs. Williams has managed thousands of projects including; HUD level inspections, airport soundproofing inspections, AHERA school reinspections, volatile organic compound testing, carbon monoxide mitigation, radon testing, construction safety and health management, hospital related infection control in construction management, confined space permitting, water loss restoration monitoring and fire burn-out restoration management.
Robert Williams has been in the environmental industry since 1988. He is a Certified Asbestos Consultant, Department of Public Health Inspector Assessor and Project Monitor. Mr. Williams began his career working for a national environmental firm as a CAD drafter and technical writer. This position later evolved into environmental consulting through ongoing training within the company. During the 14 year tenure with his former company, his position progressed from intern to Senior Vice President.
Conan Williams has been in the environmental industry and a member of the A-Tech Team since 2007. Mr. Williams’ professional development in his career has promoted him to the senior project manager and director of operations at A-Tech Consulting. Conan handles ongoing project coordination, new project scope development and is integral in cultivating existing client relationships. Additionally, Mr. Williams has extensive experience in managing large scale environmental projects including; contamination assessments, microbial assessments, HAZMAT assessments, abatement and mitigation projects in the public and private sectors.
Joseph Williams has been in the environmental industry since 2008. He is a certified asbestos consultant and Department of Public Health Inspector/Assessor. Mr. Williams specializes in inspections, project oversight and clearance inspections. Joe has a strong background in HUD, EPA and OSHA requirements. Having personally handled hundreds of HUD level lead inspections, lead risk assessments and supervising many lead hazard mitigation projects, Mr. Williams is highly trained and experienced lead inspector and project monitor.
Bernadette Guerrero has been an Accounting Manager and Full-Charge Bookkeeper for over 8 years, and has gained expertise in multiple industries, including retail, entertainment, manufacturing, and information technology. From 2008-2010, Bernadette served as A-Tech Consulting’s Accounting Manager, specializing in daily accounting, environmental reporting, technical writing, and Bid/RFP production. She also deployed a Microsoft SharePoint site for one of A-Tech’s most prominent clients.
Jay Badiei is a Senior Geologist and Environmental Specialist with over 27 years of combined experience in the petroleum exploration and environmental industries. His specialties include excavation design and management, profiling, UST removal and closures, soil and groundwater assessment, remedial planning, due diligence, regulatory interface and closure of Brownfield Sites. Jay has over seven years of experience in the removal and closure of underground fuel storage tanks, excavation design, and related safety issues. He has over twelve years of groundwater assessment, groundwater well design and installation, and soil and groundwater remedial system design and construction oversight.
Mitchell Martinez is a Certified Site Surveillance Technician and Department of Public Health Inspector/Assessor. His areas of expertise include hazardous materials inspections, hazardous materials remediation project oversight and clearance inspections. Mr. Martinez has extensive experience in Infection Control Consulting and construction monitoring. He has a strong background in HUD, EPA and OSHA requirements for lead projects. Mr. Martinez has a trained eye for detail and can visit a project site and determine what the strengths and deficiencies of the contractor are and have the professionalism to work with the contractor to quickly remedy any errors in means, methods or final workmanship prior to obtaining clearances.
Joshua LaPrease is a Certified Site Surveillance Technician. Mr. LaPrease specializes in project monitoring for asbestos abatement in any setting from residential to public schools to hospitals. He is also highly trained and experienced in infectious control for many hospitals we consult with. Mr. LaPrease and his careful attention to detail have also produced thorough and comprehensive mold/moisture intrusion assessments. Joshua holds a reputation of professionalism that our clients greatly respect.
Mr. Jimenez is a Certified Site Surveillance Technician who specializes in project oversight, inspections and clearance oversight. As a former union carpenter, Louis has a strong construction background. Having knowledge in what structurally goes into residential, commercial and industrial buildings gives Louis an advantage in asbestos and mold inspections and investigations. Louis has handled large emergency moisture intrusion investigations for major hospitals and city buildings.
