Jimmy Rodewald is a Certified Asbestos Consultant and CDPH Lead Sampling Technician experienced in asbestos surveys and lead-paint sampling. He has over six years of environmental field and project management experience with abatement contractors, engineering firms, hospital/medical centers, commercial, and property management firms for high-density housing. He continues to increase his knowledge of mold and bacterial assessments with continuing education and practical field experience. His skills include hazardous material sampling, lab analysis interpretation, abatement monitoring and post air clearances. Mr. Rodewald is a motivated environmental consultant, who stays current on state and federal AHERA laws pertaining to asbestos and lead, readily analyzes environmental issues and brings sound resolutions to challenges in a timely and cost-effective manner.
