Professional Experience

Joseph Williams has been in the environmental industry since 2008. He is a certified asbestos consultant and Department of Public Health Inspector/Assessor. Mr. Williams specializes in inspections, project oversight and clearance inspections. Joe has a strong background in HUD, EPA and OSHA requirements. Having personally handled hundreds of HUD level lead inspections, lead risk assessments and supervising many lead hazard mitigation projects, Mr. Williams is highly trained and experienced lead inspector and project monitor. He has worked with numerous Community Development, Urban Housing and Urban Development entities and understands the sensitive nature of working in personal residential settings, as well as school environments. Mr. Williams also coordinates special projects that requires multiple areas of expertise on one project, ensuring that all specialists are communicating and working towards the common goal of the project. Our public entity clients, including school districts, housing, public works and redevelopment work closely with Mr. Williams and he has built a reputation for being knowledgeable, experienced, reliable and professional.
