As a former union carpenter, Louis has a strong construction background. Having knowledge in what structurally goes into residential, commercial and industrial buildings gives Louis an advantage in asbestos and mold inspections and investigations. Louis has handled large emergency moisture intrusion investigations for major hospitals and city buildings. Louis works well with clients and has been known to be reliable with a “let’s make it happen” attitude in order to ensure that the project is done correctly, within regulatory guidelines and in a timely manner.
