Professional Experience

Mr. Patrick Naffah is an American Board of Industrial Hygiene (ABIH) Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) and Board of Certified Safety Professionals (BCSP) Certified Safety Professional (CSP) with over eight (8) years of professional experience in environmental, and environmental health and safety (EHS) services. Mr. Naffah’s professional experiences primarily consist of consulting services for diverse commercial- and industrial-sector clients, in addition to managing multiple campus-wide EH&S programs in a public university setting.

Mr. Naffah’s environmental expertise includes ASTM E1527-13 Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESA), vapor intrusion assessments, and multi-media regulatory environmental compliance audits with respect to air emissions, solid and hazardous waste management, wastewater and storm water discharges, hazardous materials management and reporting, and chemical/oil spill prevention. Mr. Naffah’s EHS expertise includes industrial hygiene services, indoor air quality investigations, personal and area exposure assessments, hazardous materials bulk sampling (e.g., asbestos, lead), moisture and mold assessments, methamphetamine/fentanyl assessments, respiratory protection (during COVID-19), personal protective equipment (PPE), and risk assessments and mitigation.

The aforementioned services were performed for a diverse client base, including concerned citizens, construction companies, school districts, commercial entities (e.g., dental practices, offices, automotive repair shops), and industrial-sector clients such as tool manufacturers, circuit board manufacturers, inkjet printing facilities, plastic injection molding facilities, and cryogenic heat exchanger manufacturers.
