Professional Experience

Preston Kelly is a Certified Site Surveillance Technician and DPH Lead Sampling Technician with a degree in Environmental Science from Trinity College. During his educational career, Mr. Kelly specialized in monitoring and assessing air, water and soil samples and conducting environmental risk and impact assessments. Since joining the A-Tech Consulting Team, Preston has demonstrated a keen ability to see the bigger picture of each project to ensure each client’s schedule and needs are met. He is highly-skilled and trained to complete thorough site investigations for asbestos, lead, mold, bacteria and other hazardous materials to assist clients in identifying and mitigating potential environmental hazards. Mr. Kelly conducts all work with a strong sense of professionalism and is dedicated to delivering a quality final product to each client.
