Randall Ramelb is a Certified Site Surveillance Technician and Lead Sampling Technician who specializes in project oversight, inspections and clearance oversight. Randy has expertise in best practices and engineering controls that allow him to excel when monitoring projects of different sizes and scopes. His experience allows him to work with contractors to maintain the project schedule and conduct frequent progress checks to ensure periodic milestones are being met. Mr. Ramelb has a trained eye for detail and can visit a project site and determine what the strengths and deficiencies of the contractor are and have the professionalism to work with the contractor to quickly remedy any errors in means, methods or final workmanship prior to obtaining clearances. When conducting surveys and assessments, Randy works to maximize efficiency while utilizing his vast knowledge of HUD, EPA and OSHA requirements.
