Professional Experience

Sean McCormick is a Certified Site Surveillance Technician and DPH Certified Lead Sampling Technician. Sean entered the Environmental Health field after graduating from California State University, Fullerton in 2018 with a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health and minor in Environmental Biology. Using his scientific background, Sean understands the characteristics of the biotic and abiotic hazards encountered in the field to better assess and minimize the particular hazard being addressed. By better understanding the issue, Sean is able to better communicate solutions to contractors and clients and open up dialogue about preventing future hazards from arising. Since joining A-Tech Consulting, Sean has gained training and experience in environmental hazards such as asbestos, microbial growth, and lead as well as indoor air quality and bio-hazmat assessments.
